Advertisement and banner tracking
We have set up advertisement and banner tracking as custom goal tracking, with examples of these goals being clicks and views. The triggering of these goals needs to be implemented by the customer, ensuring that the goals are accurately tracked according to their specific requirements. Customers can download a CSV file containing the following columns:
- Conversions
The total number of times the manual goal was triggered. This number indicates how many times users achieved the specified goal during their visits. - Visits Converted
The number of unique sessions in which the goal was triggered at least once. Regardless of how many times the goal was triggered within a single session, it counts as one converted visit. - Revenue
Always set to 0 since Makaira does not know the value for you. - Conversion Rate
The percentage of visits that resulted in the goal being achieved. It’s calculated as the number of visits converted divided by the total number of visits. - New Visit Conversions
The total number of times the goal was triggered during visits from new users (first-time visitors). - New Visit Converted
The number of unique new visitor sessions in which the goal was triggered at least once. - New Visit Revenue
Always set to 0 since Makaira does not know the value for you. - New Visit Conversion Rate
The percentage of new visits that resulted in the goal being achieved. - Returning Visit
The total number of visits by returning users. This metric shows the number of sessions from users who have visited the site before. - Returning Visit Converted
The number of unique sessions from returning visitors in which the goal was triggered at least once. - Returning Visit Revenue
Always set to 0 since Makaira does not know the value for you. - Returning Visit Conversion Rate
